Explore.Community is a tool created by Porto Digital, developed within the scope of the co-financed project ATT – Accelerate and Transform Tourism. The goal is to provide an integrated mobility and tourism service that operates across multiple municipalities, allowing residents and visitors to explore the north of Portugal with real-time data about mobility, points of interest and events.
It is an open-source platform, developed based on principles of collaboration and interoperability, using Smart Data Models. Its open code reuses components from Digitransit, the public transport platform of the city of Helsinki.
